Symbiotics launches online ADAPT tests

Symbiotics is now offering online versions of its suite of aptitude and knowledge-based tests that can be accessed directly by companies and individuals to assess knowledge and aptitude. With available tests including Future Aptitude Screening Tool (FAST), maths, physics, English, aviation knowledge and cognitive reasoning, Symbiotics is hoping to make assessments more accessible to all sized companies in a cost-effective manner by enabling people to purchase online however many tests they need, as and when they need them.

As the ADAPT test owner and provider, Symbiotics is the onlyplace that airlines, training organisations and candidates can access the ADAPTsuite of tests including FAST, which is used globally within the industry forpilot selection and assessment.

Along with making the assessments more readily available tothe industry, Symbiotics has developed question banks and new versions of teststo allow individuals to familiarise themselves with these tests withoutcomprising the integrity of the service expected by its industry partners whoutilise ADAPT as part of their selection and assessment process. Using in-housesoftware for online test management, Symbiotics can provide random questiongeneration within the assessments. This makes each test unique and safeguardsagainst potential for any unwanted collaboration between candidates whilstmaintaining the validity of the tests for client assessment.
