Symbiotics Limited is operating the Pilot Selection Zone at Pilot Careers Live in Manchester, England, on 6th July, and anyone attending the show who is interested in a career in aviation will be able to have a go at one of the tests within the ADAPT suite and find out more about their suitability to become a pilot.

Individuals who receive one of the top three scores from the test that day will receive a discount of between 20-50 percent on their attendance at one of Symbiotics’ ADAPT Pilot Assessment Preparation Courses.

Symbiotics is helping to prepare students for the pilot training pipeline and the Pilot Assessment Preparation Course gives users an insight into what to expect. The half-day Assessment Preparation Course helps potential aviation candidates understand their personal strengths and it indicates areas where improvement in performance is required.

The course will provide the opportunity to undergo an interview, group exercise and assessment preparation sessions that simulate those experienced by candidates seeking to enter pilot training.

All candidates may also take Symbiotics’ aviation personality questionnaire and experience its FAST test, which looks at users’ psychomotor skills.

The next Pilot Assessment Preparation Courses are due to take place at the University of Leeds, with the choice of either a morning or afternoon session on 29th, 30th or 31st October.
