The US Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office awarded the Aerial and Ground Intelligence Sensor Simulation (AGISS) contract September 30, to Trideum’s Joint Venture (JV) TriHawk, LLC – a joint venture between Trideum Corporation and Blackhawk Management Corporation.

The AGISS contract will provide engineering support to Army Futures Command (AFC), Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Modeling and Simulation Division (MSD). 

Led by Trideum, the TriHawk team will provide research, development, engineering, training, and systems integration for sensor modeling, laboratory and field testing, signature measurement, sensor interoperability and networking, and simulations development and experimentation. These capabilities are central to successfully fulfilling the MSD mission.
