TC Alliance and Halldale Group Announce New Professional Workshop Partnership

First SCOPE™ workshop to launch alongside EATS 2026 in Cascais

TC Alliance and Halldale Group have announced a new partnership to deliver a series of specialist professional development workshops alongside Halldale’s international aviation training events.

Delivered under TC Alliance and Halldale's SCOPE™ – Safety & Compliance Oversight: Professional Exchange programme, the paid workshops will provide aviation professionals with focused, instructor-led learning around emerging safety, compliance and operational challenges.

The first two-day workshop, Aviation Digital Safety Assurance: Aligning Cyber, Operations and Safety under EASA Part-IS, will take place on 1–2 November 2026 at the Palácio Hotel in Cascais, immediately ahead of EATS 2026.

Designed for accountable managers, safety and compliance leaders and operational management, the course will combine regulatory understanding with practical tools that delegates can apply within their organisations.

The Cascais workshop will be the first in a series delivered through the TC Alliance and Halldale partnership, with further workshops planned alongside Halldale events.
