EURAMEC has announced a new Training & Aviation Services division to provide financial services and a training portfolio to further expand its footprint in the aerospace industry.

To kick off the new Training & Aviation Services, EURAMEC debuts with FlyRight, a hands-on workshop for company staff to determine their strengths, weaknesses and the potential managerial gaps in a business organization.

Nancy Vermeulen, CEO Space Training Academy, will lead the FlyRight Program: “FlyRight is a unique concept for companies that are fast shifting gear in these troubling times – employees need to be flexible and multi-functional, ready to take on new responsibilities. We deliver this necessary expertise in a controlled environment.”

FlyRight is an extension of an existing EURAMEC program developed for aviation professionals to determine and improve the skillset of cockpit and cabin crew.

Bert Buyle, CEO, EURAMEC commented: “Successful employees meet deadlines, make sales and build the brand via positive customer interactions. When employees do not perform effectively, consumers feel that the company is apathetic to their needs, and will seek help elsewhere. Employees who perform effectively get things done properly the first time.”

The workshops will be held at EURAMEC head office in Hamme, Belgium, and consist of modular team assessment programs built around operational cockpit simulators. Teams will be introduced to operate in a cockpit and aircraft cabin simulator and gain trust of each other’s skills with a series of controlled safety exercises.
