World2Fly, a new long-haul carrier founded by Spanish hotel group Iberostar, has implemented CISEFA’s Complyance TMS as its training management platform.

W2Fly uses Complyance to manage and improve crew qualification training and compliance, course/online testing, and performance/competency evaluation for all their employees, particularly crew, ground, and maintenance staff. All workflows are 100% electronic since Complyance is a paperless system.

World2Fly's instructors and evaluators use Complyance app (certified by Apple), to ensure training quality and maintain standards by capturing performance/competency data, online or offline.

World2Fly’s trainees access their records, flight information, training schedule, and courses. In addition, they can transmit their new medical, passport, and updated license to Complyance database from their iPad.

Wordl2Fly’s training department uses Complyance records and qualifications to monitor any expiries, do in-depth reports and statistics and plan training. With Complyance TMS, World2Fly manages the content of curriculum, events, courses, lessons, tests, and forms and sets the necessary rules to enhance their training program in a very efficient manner.
