Skyborne is opening applications for up to five full-time Ground School Instructors at Vero Beach, Florida, to support the airline academy’s continued growth.

The roles are responsible for delivering high-quality ground school instruction to US national and international students, in accordance with Skyborne Airline Academy’s standards.

Captain Ed Davidson, Managing Director, Skyborne, says: “Successful candidates who don’t have EASA/UKCAA ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instructional experience but do have current FAA ground school instructional experience will be upskilled to deliver UKCAA and EASA ATPL ground school, using Skyborne’s adapted Pad Pilot system. After selection, all training will be provided in-house by Skyborne to transition from FAA to UKCAA/EASA.

“At Skyborne, we are setting new standards and levels of expectation in our training and we are dedicated to seeing our team members grow in their aviation careers.”

The appointed Ground School Instructors will report to the Skyborne US Chief Ground Instructor and UK/EASA Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, based at Skyborne’s UK Headquarters.
