infoWERK has developed a detailed eLearning course on hydraulic oils for Palfinger, a provider of crane and lifting solutions.
Palfinger’s hydraulic fluids shall secure “unstoppable performance” of their units. In order to ensure that the correct type of “Palfinger Hydraulic Oil” is used and maintained in accordance with the existing operating and environmental conditions, the eLearning software was designed to be used worldwide by system installers, service technicians and operators of Palfinger cranes and lifting solutions.
infoWERK has developed a new Learning Management Software (LMS) evaluation tool for online course rating.
In order to help its customers satisfy compliance management requirements, users can now take advantage of a course survey that can be completed by the student upon course completion. In addition to a star rating, a comment can also be left. The course survey can be added individually to the course module and the given feedback is anonymous and can be reviewed in the reports section of the LMS.
