Delta Air Lines is using its partnership with Minnesota State University (MSU) in Mankato to help recruit talent for its ambitions recruitment plan of hiring 200 pilots per month.

The university is one of several partner schools for Delta’s Propel Flight Academy and remains the only partner school in the state of Minnesota. The MSU-Delta partnership has evolved since its inception five years ago. Out of Delta’s 150 students in the Propel program, almost a third of its students are from Mankato.
