Klarna's integration of OpenAI has revolutionized its customer service, with the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot handling the workload of 700 agents and addressing two-thirds of queries in just a month, said HR Dive.

The company claims the AI assistant provides equally satisfying service as humans, leading to a 25% drop in repeat inquiries. OpenAI COO Brad Lightcap praised Klarna for leading practical AI adoption, while Gallup's poll shows a growing concern among workers, with 22% now fearing AI replacing their jobs.
