The Texas Woman’s University (TWU) Board of Regents voted to approve a two-year contract with U.S. Aviation Group LLC, according to KERA news.
The new partnership allows TWU to launch its flight training program in the fall, with TWU handling ground training and U.S. Aviation managing flight training.
The Doswell Center will offer 30 flight slots for the inaugural class, with the university estimating annual costs of $1.3 million.
