EvBase Technologies has signed an agreement with NAV CANADA to provide their Flight Operations Department with a fully customized, comprehensive management software package.
The software, which will be created and updated in phases over the next five years, will initially focus on the scheduling component for equipment and personnel, as well as qualification tracking.
The software being developed at EvBase Technologies is designed to help NAV CANADA achieve their mission to "facilitate the safe movement of aircraft efficiently and cost-effectively through the provision of air navigation services on a long-term sustainable basis."
Additional components such as crew and equipment tracking, a communication distribution module and resource flight scheduling will be added to the system over the five year period at predetermined intervals. Phase one of the project is delivered with crew and resource scheduling to be delivered within three months.
