LATAM Airlines Group has selected the Fox Training Management System from Britannica Knowledge Systems as the new software solution for its Corporate Academy, which trains a vast range of service, leadership, technical, security and support personnel.
Through Fox, LATAM's multiple learning and training operation management systems will be consolidated into a single system. Fox will help the Corporate Academy to achieve the desired goal of improving for its diverse employee populations in multiple countries: trainee skills and performance, training operations management, and analytical metric reporting. It will operate in Spanish and Portuguese, providing training result transparency and state-of-the-art user experience with role-based dashboard portals.
Fox's implementation will standardize the Corporate Academy's training execution by automating the processes for request-based training initiation, trainee course self-registration, classroom and online course management, learning content organization, online testing, performance results and trainee feedback collection, and post-training certification issuance. Fox's alert, notifications and management features will help asure that employees maintain the various continuous qualifications and certfications necessary to perform their jobs. Managers will be able to make more informed decisions through access to dynamic analytical reporting tools.
Britannica will deliver Fox as a Cloud-based service (SaaS), which will allow LATAM to deploy Fox applications with minimal IT infrastructure and resources. Britannica's delivery teams will lead the implementation with their proven methodology to assure systematic coverage and full synchronization between the various project aspects, and execute the project quickly and competently.
