BA CityFlyer has re-opened applications for its First Officer Modular Pathway.

Designed specifically for modular trained pilots seeking their first employment opportunity the Modular Pathway represents a unique opportunity for modular trained pilots to join the airline as First Officers.

BA CityFlyer Fleet Manager (Technical) Captain Dave Cox commented, "We are delighted to continue our parthership with Kura to provide BA CityFlyer with modular trained First Officers. We are looking for exceptional people to join our flight crew and we know that Kura consistently delivers high quality, airline ready commercial pilots."

The two successful applicants from the previous selection, Adam O'Neill and Stuart Gooch, are scheduled to join the airline on April 1st, 2016.

Successful applicants will receive a First Officer job offer which is subject to satisfactory completion of BESTPILOT™. The programme, which is part-funded in accordance with Kura's status as a Community Interest Company, will include professional development training, the Airline Jet Foundation Course with MCC and on aircraft UPRT. JOC training and an Embraer 170/190 type rating will be paid for by the airline and is fully bonded.
