CPaT Global, LLC (CPaT) has expanded its relationship with Clovis Point Capital to provide additional funding to accelerate development of new, innovative products and garner new customers. This incremental funding will be used to expand the current product development and sales teams.
In addition, CPaT has announced the appointment of Mr. Brian Bergeron as president of CPaT Global, where he will be responsible for all business activities of the company. Bergeron has more than 20 years of experience working in executive operations and finance roles in partnership with private equity and venture capital investors. He served as vice president of Finance at Dallas-based Omnitracs, LLC and chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Houston-based Satellite Tracking of People, LLC.
