Werco Manufacturing, an aerospace and defense manufacturing company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is kicking off New Year with notable new hires, increased capabilities, and new technology. The company – which specializes in the production of simulation equipment, full-service CNC machining, and additive manufacturing – has hired Andy Bartovick, Hisashi Nakamura, and Charlie Douglas to support the company’s future growth.

Bartovick joins the team as Werco’s Chief Operating Officer. He brings extensive aerospace industry experience, engaging major prime military contractors and commercial airline customers, both domestic and internationally. His ability to lead multiple teams through commercial and government contracts will be instrumental in solidifying Werco as a top-tier manufacturing supplier in the industry.

Werco also welcomes Douglas, the company’s new Vice President of Programs. Douglas is a senior executive with over 40 years of flight simulation development experience for both military and commercial aerospace companies. Douglas will lead and execute the efforts of Werco’s Program and Business Development teams collectively.

Nakamura joins the team as Director of Engineering. Hisashi’s 20 years of experience designing structural components and systems used in both Commercial and Military aircraft solidifies the team’s engineering capabilities. Beyond his design experience, Nakamura has successfully led advanced engineering teams as a “Gold Level” supplier for both Boeing and Airbus companies.
