Flyco Training Solutions announced the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into its Advanced Learning Management System (A-LMS) and Training Management System (TMS) at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS), marking a new phase in its digital training evolution.

The new AI Assist function, embedded in the user interface, allows trainees to interact with an intelligent virtual assistant during courses. The system provides on-demand explanations, contextual guidance, and tailored study recommendations, helping users reinforce understanding while improving engagement and retention.

Meanwhile, Flyco’s AI-driven TMS now combines simulator data with e-training results to create a unified trainee profile. The system analyses individual strengths and weaknesses, identifies knowledge gaps, and generates insight reports to support instructors and training departments in evidence-based decision-making.

According to the company, the dual introduction of AI aims to “connect human learning with data-driven insight,” offering operators a smarter, more personalised training ecosystem while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Flyco Training Solutions is exhibiting at The European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) in Cascais, Portugal, from 5- 6 November at booth 416. Stop by to learn more about their training solutions.
