All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest airline, has selected MINT’s Training Management System (MINT TMS) to support its digital transformation across the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division.

The agreement follows a series of onsite workshops in Tokyo involving ANA’s M&E and Digital Transformation teams, as well as an initial executive visit to MINT’s headquarters in Kiel. These collaborative sessions helped align both organisations on improving training efficiency, standardisation and data accuracy across ANA’s M&E operations.

“Throughout our discussions and workshops, we have appreciated MINT’s professionalism and deep understanding of the aviation training domain,” said Akio Ito, VP Operation & Corporate Service Solutions, Digital Transformation at ANA. “We chose Swiss AS’s AMOS for maintenance and engineering work, and for the HR area, we determined that MINT’s software is the best fit for ANA. We value the strong partnership that has been established and look forward to continuing our close collaboration.”

“It has been a privilege for our team to work side-by-side with ANA during the onsite workshops in Tokyo,” said Wolfgang Becker, CEO of MINT Middle East. “The professionalism, openness and clarity from the ANA team made the collaboration extremely productive. We are honoured to support ANA in modernising its Maintenance & Engineering training processes and look forward to continuing this very strong partnership.”

MINT Software Systems was acquired by Comply365 in December 2025. Comply365 provides operational content, safety and training management solutions for the aviation, defence, space and rail industries.
