APATS Exhibitor prodefis Wins Cathay Award

prodefis has been awarded the Cathay 2024 Supplier Award in the “Progressive” category. The recognition highlights prodefis’s work providing Cathay Pacific with its Training Performance Management System (TPMS), which supports pilot regulatory compliance, promotion tracking, remedial training, and training record management, including cadet course summaries.

Cathay noted that prodefis has added value through initiatives such as implementing a Simulator E-Techlog and developing a qualification monitoring system, enhancing compliance capabilities. The company is also set to support the introduction of evidence-based training. Cathay emphasized that prodefis consistently contributes beyond the scope of its service agreement, providing important capabilities for the Flight Operations management team.

This was the first time Cathay presented the Supplier Award in Hong Kong, selecting suppliers worldwide for their contributions across software solutions, data management, crew training, and other operational areas.

prodefis will be at the Asia Pacific Aviation Training Summit (APATS) in Singapore from 26-27 August at booth 508 to share more about their training solutions.
