Comply365, LLC, a provider of operational content, safety, and training management solutions for the aviation, rail, defense, and space industries, formed a new partnership with Flair Airlines, a low-cost carrier in Canada, to implement the Fox Training Management System to streamline and optimize the airline’s training operations. The announcement of the new partnership coincides with the World Aviation Training Summit (WATS) taking place in Orlando this week, the industry’s largest gathering of aviation training professionals and technology providers.

Flair Airlines will benefit from the comprehensive training management solution, which ensures seamless compliance and effortless retrieval of training data to track regulatory and corporate audit needs. The airline will implement Fox’s Course Management, Qualification Management, Scheduling, and Training Optimization solutions to standardize training, increase operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, compliant training experiences for its Pilots, Cabin Crew, and Maintenance departments.

“We are delighted to support Flair Airlines with our state-of-the-art training management solution that will simplify training program delivery and complex scheduling, ensuring employees stay qualified and compliant as the airline grows,” said Barak Kirmayer, General Manager of Training Management Solutions at Comply365. “With Fox by Comply365, Flair Airlines will gain real-time visibility into training performance and qualifications while optimizing resource utilization to drive sustainable growth.”
