Romanian airline FLYYO has implemented CISEFA’s Training Management System (TMS) as its integrated platform for managing all training activities.

FLYYO uses Complyance to oversee crew qualification training, compliance tracking, and performance and competency evaluations for all employees, ensuring consistency among instructors in line with CBTA and EBT principles. All workflows are now fully electronic, as Complyance is a completely paperless system.

“The implementation of CISEFA has enabled us to operate a fully compliant and integrated training management system,” said Marc-Yves Essone, Crew Training Manager at FLYYO.

“These capabilities have transformed and strengthened the way we manage training. We can now monitor events in real time across our entire instructor community, regardless of time zone or location. This centralised data flow maintains continuity and removes the need to contact instructors for updates, ensuring timely oversight of every training event.”

FLYYO’s training department uses Complyance records and qualifications to track expiries, generate detailed reports and statistics, and plan upcoming training. Instructors and evaluators use the Complyance iOS app to maintain standards and capture performance and competency data both online and offline.

Trainees have access to their records, flight information, training schedules, and courses, and can upload updated medical certificates, passports, and licences directly to the Complyance database.

“We are proud to contribute to FLYYO’s success and growth. We look forward to continuously improving training quality in partnership with such a talented, experienced, and technology-driven team, under the leadership of Captain Marc-Yves Essone,” said Xavier Bernard, Chief Visionary Officer at CISEFA.
