CPaT Global, a provider of distance learning for the airline and aviation industry, has launched its NextGen Embraer E2 Aircraft Systems course. Building on its NextGen E175 course, CPaT is broadening its Embraer training portfolio with content designed to support scenario-based learning and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) programs.
The E2 course helps training departments organize systems instruction around the knowledge pilots need for specific operational scenarios. Its Microlesson structure breaks complex subject matter into focused, topic-specific modules, allowing trainers to select relevant content and develop lessons that connect individual systems concepts to a broader training objective.
“Training teams need the freedom to build lessons around the competencies they are working to develop,” said Capt. Greg Darrow, Vice President of Sales at CPaT Global. “With the NextGen E2 course, we’re expanding the resources available to Embraer operators so they can connect systems instruction to their own scenario-based training priorities.”
The course features CPaT SmartGraphics visuals. Trainers can use the content to reinforce selected concepts during initial or recurrent training and to support CBTA, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) objectives.
The E2 release follows the launch of CPaT’s NextGen Boeing 737 MAX course.
CPaT Global will be exhibiting at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS), 3–5 November at the Estoril Congress Centre in Cascais, Portugal, at Booth 611. Stop by to learn more.
