Mid-East Academy for Aviation Sciences has added an AL250 simulator to its training fleet, expanding its pilot training capabilities. The simulator was supplied by ALSIM and is intended to support the academy’s flight training programs in the Middle East.

The AL250 addresses initial training requirements, including PPL, CPL, and IR/ME courses. It is a single-engine piston and multi-engine piston reconfigurable simulator and is certified as an EASA FNPT II. The device offers both classic and glass cockpit configurations for each flight model, selectable through a switch. According to ALSIM, more than 100 AL250 units are currently installed and operating worldwide.
