Missile Defense Agency Expands Simulation Support Contract

Under the awarded MSV-TASD task order, Northrop Grumman will deliver advanced simulation and threat modeling capabilities that provide 24/7 operational and training needs for the warfighter. The company will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) using the Air Force's Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC).

The task order is a two-year $68.8 million base contract with five one-year options, valued at $606.5 million total.

Modeling and Simulation Vistas – Threat and Advanced Simulation Development (MSV-TASD) succeeds the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC), under which Northrop Grumman supported MDA for nearly a decade by delivering simulation tools to meet the warfighter's operational and training needs.

Northrop Grumman uses scalable, agile development methodologies and AI-enhanced tools intended to improve technical performance, reliability and reduce costs while delivering data needed by the warfighter.
