NATO and Systematic have signed a new contract to extend Land Command and Control (C2) training capabilities under the ongoing DEMETER Project. The agreement expands classroom and computer-based learning to support NATO personnel using SitaWare Headquarters, the Alliance’s digital Land C2 software.
The contract ensures continuity and adaptation of current and future Land C2 training while supporting learning across the capability lifecycle. It also broadens the use of SitaWare Aspire, Systematic’s digital learning platform, within the NCI Academy training framework. New training will be introduced with flexibility to adjust content in line with NATO’s evolving operational requirements and long-term training objectives.
Project DEMETER is scheduled to achieve Final Operating Capability by the end of March 2026. As part of this progress, the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) and Systematic are extending their cooperation to strengthen training collaboration.
