Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) has hired Andrea Rodriguez as the company's International Programs and Compliance Manager, bringing over two decades of specialized experience in global defense operations.
Rodriguez's extensive background supporting Warfighter FOCUS and the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) Maintenance Program contracts will enhance ECS's capabilities in providing training and contractor logistic support to allied military personnel.
"Andrea's specialized expertise in international program management is exactly what we need as we expand our global training operations," said Greg Kane, COO of ECS. "Her hands-on experience with large-scale defense programs and deep understanding of compliance requirements will allow us to increase efficiency while scaling our support to Warfighters worldwide."
Before joining ECS, Rodriguez successfully managed day-to-day operations for the TADSS Maintenance Program across Korea and Fort Irwin, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple sites and alignment with U.S. Army training objectives.
"As defense training requirements grow increasingly complex across international boundaries, having someone with Andrea's capabilities becomes invaluable," Kane added. "Her proven track record in navigating global regulations while maintaining operational excellence positions ECS to better serve our allied partners with the highest quality training solutions."
Rodriguez's experience includes developing compliance strategies for international trade and immigration regulations, managing export licensing processes, and orchestrating global immigration procedures while maintaining 100% compliance with visa regulations and work permits.
