QWR (Question What’s Real), a deep-tech XR firm based in India, has launched VRone.Pro, a standalone six-degree-of-freedom virtual reality headset. Developed entirely in India, the device is designed for workforce training, industrial skilling, and healthcare simulations, offering an alternative to costlier international solutions.

The VRone.Pro features a Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Gen 1 chipset, dual 4K-level displays at 90Hz, pancake lenses, and hand-tracking technology. Weighing 350g, it is built for long-duration use and operates on an open deployment system without ecosystem restrictions.

QWR intends to deploy the headset across over 14,000 institutes, vocational programs, and training centers. The company previously released VRone.Edu for K–12 environments and VRone.PC for advanced simulations. Founder Suraj Aiar noted the device reflects market needs, focusing on affordability and scalability to help close India’s skill gap.
