Maverick Simulation Solutions, an Indian medical simulator manufacturer, has announced a Rs 50 crore investment in its R&D operations to strengthen healthcare training through advanced technologies. The company plans to enhance its existing tools—ranging from CPR trainers to high-fidelity simulation systems—by integrating Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality.

This investment will also support in-house engineering, clinical integration, and content development, with all work and testing conducted within India in collaboration with academic partners. Maverick, which began manufacturing simulators in 2021, currently works with over 100 institutions, including AIIMS and IITs, and aims to extend its reach to over 250.

CEO Anuj Chahal emphasized the goal of improving training realism and repeatability, while Director Dr. Sunil Tomar highlighted the value of simulation in building clinical confidence. The company reported over Rs 100 crore in revenue last fiscal year and plans to expand access to its tools in underserved areas.
