Cockpit4u and Flightsimtech have signed an agreement for the delivery of an A320 fixed base simulator.
The device will be delivered in Q1/2017 and will be installed in the Cockpit4u training center at Berlin-Schoenefeld. It will be used for various A320 pilot training activities including part of the type rating training.
"We are delighted to partner with Flightsimtech for the aquisition of this brand new A320 fixed base training device. With changing flight deck environments, the training concepts and equipment must be updated to take advantage of more modern technology. This training device completes our fleet consisting of a flight training device (MFTD) Airbus A320/330 and Boeing B737-800 FBT, also from Flightsimtech. It will enable us to meet the highest standards of training effectiveness and flight safety," said Dennis Pilz, managing director of Cockpit4u.
