Pinnacle Solutions Inc. received the final acceptance of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for the Explosive Hazard Pre-detonation (EHP) Debris Blower System under CBID II, Delivery Order 0002 (DO) after the final customer review. This was the first project awarded under the CBID II contract in August 2017.

For the end user, the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCOE) at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, Pinnacle produced a web-based, IMI application for the system to complement new equipment training. Installed on an MRAP vehicle, it is used by the military as one of the tools in counter-IED operations. This course will help prepare engineers for their future safety in deployed areas.

A total of 25 hours of IMI was designed and developed by the Pinnacle team – lead by Kevin Hazellief as the program manager and Leah Wilder as the project manager – while simultaneously working on DO 0003 and DO 0004 for other U.S. Army customers.

Pinnacle was awarded the CBID II Contract from the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) in May 2017. PEO STRI’s customers can order training services and products related to computer-based training using this contract vehicle for the next four years.
