The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) welcomes two new Trustees to its Board, who will contribute in shaping and monitoring the organisation’s future strategy.

Apprenticeships and Skills Minister Gillian Keegan MP appointed Sophie Seddon, People and Culture Director at Novus, and Tony Elliott, Group HR Director at Robertson Group, to the CITB Board.

Sophie SeddonSophie understands the importance of nurturing young talent, as Novus offers numerous routes into construction for young people. She is also passionate about use of new technology, improving sustainability issues, and encouraging inclusivity within the industry.
