The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) Board of Trustees and President Houston Davis hosted a grand opening celebration for the new Integrated Health Sciences Building. The facility is located on the UCA campus on Bruce Street between Augusta and Western avenues.
The four-story building will be home to the School of Nursing, the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, the expanded Nabholz Center for Healthcare Simulation and an Interprofessional Teaching Center to be utilized by the entire college and to allow for the expansion of interprofessional learning opportunities.
The university broke ground on the facility in October 2019.
