As we approach the 2018 Student Education and Careers in Aviation (SECA) conference, our focus is to educate and open doors for the future generation, giving them a look at careers that they might never have known existed.

While visiting local Middle and High Schools, one question that remains consistent is, what opportunities are there for women in aviation? While SECA will explore many careers aside from the customary pilot and cabin crew, it will feature several women who are experts in their chosen sectors in Aviation, shedding a light on the career paths available in aviation for anyone who shows an interest.
