AeroStar Training Services LLC and Icare have announced plans to provide FAA-approved training for ATP-CTP, ATP initial and Airbus A320 Type Rating at Icare's campus in Morlaix, France.
Advanced Flight Training courses will be delivered through a blend of virtual instructor-led training and on-campus flight simulator training. A320 Type Rating practical courses will use Icare's A320 ceo/neo Level D Full Flight Simulator, commissioned in 2024.
Icare's campus is located on Morlaix's airport in the Brittany region, a few hours from major Parisian airports and served by the French TGV high-speed rail network.
AeroStar anticipates training at the facility will commence in late Q2 2026, pending FAA approval.
