Avsoft International is pleased to announce a new training partnership with Pioneer Airlines, a Nigeria-based airline, to support pilot and cabin crew training through Avsoft’s Learning Management System, avLMS.
Under the agreement, Pioneer Airlines will utilize Avsoft’s ATR 72-600 Aircraft Systems course for pilots, along with Avsoft’s general subjects library for both pilots and cabin crew. Training will be delivered through avLMS, enabling efficient course assignment, progress tracking, and detailed reporting to support regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
As part of the contract, Avsoft will also develop customized cabin crew training content, tailored specifically to Pioneer Airlines’ operational procedures and service standards. These course-level customizations will ensure cabin crew training aligns with the airline’s policies while maintaining consistency with industry best practices.
Avsoft’s ATR 72-600 course provides structured, systems-based training designed to support initial and recurrent pilot training, while the general subjects library delivers essential aviation knowledge applicable across flight and cabin crew roles.
This partnership marks another step in Avsoft International’s continued growth in Africa and reinforces its commitment to delivering flexible, operator-focused training solutions to airlines worldwide.
