FTD.aero announced the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of an EASA FNPT II MCC B73M Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) for Flyschool Air Academy in Spain. The simulator passed FAT with no significant findings.
The device will be installed at Flyschool’s base at Cuatro Vientos Airport in Madrid by the end of 2025. In January 2026, it will undergo certification by the Spanish Civil Aviation Authority (AESA) under EASA FNPT II MCC standards. Once certified, it will support Flyschool’s Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training aligned with the Airline Pilot Standard (APS), preparing cadets for airline operations.
FTD.aero is supporting Flyschool Air Academy in expanding its pilot training capabilities and will continue work through installation and certification.
