airBaltic is expanding its recruitment campaign by offering up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew positions across its bases in Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius. The airline plans to fill these roles ahead of the 2026 summer season as its operations continue to grow. Applicants are invited to apply even without prior experience, and selected candidates receive fully paid training, obtaining a Cabin Crew certificate within two months. The airline states that the role offers a flexible schedule suitable for students, along with a dynamic work environment, travel opportunities, and pathways for career development.
Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at airBaltic, says interest in these positions remains strong and that the airline continues to welcome candidates motivated to begin a career in aviation. Successful applicants are responsible for safety duties, customer service, sales, and daily onboard operations while representing the airline throughout its network. airBaltic continues expanding its workforce as its fleet and route network grow.
