The Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) in Brazil has selected ELITE Simulation Solutions to supply five ELITE PI-135 Pro BATD simulators following an international tender process involving multiple simulation providers.
During the evaluation process, the performance, versatility, scalability and reliability of the PI-135 Pro platform played a key role in the final selection.
The FAA-approved BATD platform supports a range of instructional activities including IFR procedures, navigation exercises, communication workflows, procedural training, scenario-based learning and pilot proficiency development. Its architecture also allows institutions to adapt training environments to changing operational and educational requirements.
