Urbe Aero Flight Academy has announced that 10 cadets have been selected by easyJet to begin their journey toward becoming commercial airline pilots. The selection followed a series of operational audits conducted by easyJet as part of its evaluation of training organizations. Under the School of Excellence pathway, eligible cadets bypass the traditional simulator-based technical screening and technical interview, being evaluated solely on psychological and attitudinal competencies.

These latest selections bring the total to 24 Urbe Aero cadets who have entered easyJet via the direct pathway.

Urbe Aero emphasizes soft-skill development and psychological readiness alongside technical instruction, ensuring graduates are prepared to perform effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

With another easyJet selection round expected in early 2026, Urbe Aero continues to support cadets in pursuing careers as commercial airline pilots.

Urbe Aero Flight Academy will be at The European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) in Cascais, Portugal, from 5- 6 November at booth 105 to share more about their training solutions.
