AeroGuard Flight Training Center hosted China Airlines President Kevin Chen at its Phoenix, Arizona campus ahead of the airline’s new Phoenix–Taipei route launching December 3. The visit included tours of training facilities and meetings with cadets enrolled in China Airlines’ pilot program.

Since 2024, AeroGuard has trained China Airlines cadets from no prior flight experience to Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot status through an FAA-approved course tailored to airline career preparation.

AeroGuard operates three U.S. campuses and partners with global airlines including Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand, and Air India, as well as SkyWest Airlines domestically. The school also collaborates with Arizona State University for degree-based flight programs.
