Comply365 Expands AI Capabilities

Comply365, LLC has acquired Beams Technology GmbH, a provider of AI solutions for safety risk management in aviation. The acquisition supports Comply365’s development of an AI platform across operations, safety, and training management for its aviation, rail, defense, and space customers.

Comply365 said the acquisition will enhance product capabilities, expand its customer base, and integrate Beams’ Safety AI solutions into its platform. Legal counsel was provided by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for Comply365 and GSK Stockmann for Beams.
