Delta Professional Services (DPS) has renewed its agreement with The Boeing Company to continue providing supplemental flight instruction at Boeing's Miami Training Campus and to support Boeing-led training initiatives worldwide.
Under the renewed agreement, DPS will deliver instructor support aligned with competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) principles—an approach that evaluates pilot skills and decision-making through realistic, scenario-driven operations.
The renewed contract spans three years, with an option for a two-year extension. DPS will provide specialized instructional services through a team of 43 professionals, including 37 instructors and six corporate and support staff. The Miami-based program is led by Heather Frongillo, Regional Program Manager for Florida.
