ALSIM has developed its first Flight Training Device (FTD) Level 6 simulator, marking a significant advancement in its training solutions portfolio. This achievement is accompanied by a landmark order from US Aviation Academy for five ALSIM P2006T MKII simulators, faithfully replicating the Tecnam P2006T MKII aircraft.

The ALSIM P2006T MKII simulator is a high-fidelity replica of the Tecnam P2006T MKII aircraft, featuring dual Garmin G1000 avionics. Its 3D-scanned cockpit and flight model developed from dedicated flight test data ensure accurate reproduction of the aircraft’s behaviour.

Developed in compliance with FTD Level 6 requirements, it delivers advanced realism and performance for highly immersive and cost-effective training. The simulator is complemented by the ALSIM dual-screen IOS and VFR-VS image generator, ensuring efficient instructor control and a consistent training environment.

Souleymane Sarré, Sales Manager at ALSIM, adds: “This major order from US Aviation Academy represents a pivotal step in ALSIM’s development in the United States. It highlights the increasing demand for scalable, high-performance training solutions and reinforces our position as a key partner for leading flight schools. We would like to extend our appreciation to the entire US Aviation Academy team, and particularly to Scott Sykes, for their collaboration and trust.”
