Etihad Airways is hosting drop-in pilot recruitment sessions across seven cities in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye between June and August 2026, open to experienced First Officers and Captains.
The sessions are part of a recruitment drive as Etihad expands its fleet and network through to 2030. The airline is adding more than 20 aircraft a year, with plans to double its fleet within seven years. First Officers are offered progression towards command, while Captains can pursue pathways including training roles. Etihad's growth strategy targets 37 million guests a year and a network of over 125 destinations by the end of the decade.
"We're growing quickly, and we want talented First Officers and Captains to grow with us. These sessions are a chance to meet our team in person, see what we're building, and picture a long-term career with Etihad. We'd love to welcome pilots and their families this summer," said Captain Majed Al Marzouqi, Chief Operations and Guest Officer, Etihad Airways.
