Entrol has delivered an H135 flight simulator to The Aerotech Group in Australia, with installation scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Factory Acceptance Testing was completed in September 2025. The simulator will support both internal and external pilot training programs.
The H135 simulator is configured to match the operational cockpit layout used by The Aerotech Group, enabling pilots to train in an environment representative of real flight conditions. Equipped with Garmin GTN 750 Xi and GTN 650 Xi avionics units, the simulator allows realistic flight planning, instrument procedures, and situational awareness exercises.
Its cylindrical visual system provides a 200º horizontal by 40º vertical field of view, including a database with 10 key Australian airports, allowing pilots to practice approaches, departures, and operational scenarios. The system is suitable for both IFR and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training. An optional vibration system simulates the physical sensations of flight to enhance training realism.
Claudia Calleja, Business Manager at Entrol, stated, “The H135 P2+ simulator, with its advanced avionics and Australian-specific database, will enhance pilot preparedness and safety.”
The simulator’s modular architecture allows for upgrades, including new scenarios, avionics software, or visual enhancements, ensuring long-term adaptability for pilot training.
