Reiser Simulation and Training GmbH has confirmed that its H145 D3 XR Simulator has received full qualification from the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA) under EASA standards, certified as a Flight Training Device Level 3 (FTD-3). The final evaluation was conducted at REISER's facility in Berg, Germany, with zero findings.
The H145 D3 XR Simulator combines mixed-reality visuals with a fully haptic cockpit and roll-on/roll-off modular technology. REISER has also been authorised by the LBA to conduct the full qualification process for its simulators in-house under direct regulatory oversight, meaning Full-Flight Simulators and Flight Training Devices can be delivered as fully EASA-qualified, requiring only minimal final verification after installation.
Separately, REISER's XR-SIM has been nominated for the Bavarian Innovation Award 2026, following a successful first-stage evaluation. The award is presented by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, alongside the Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Chambers of Crafts. Winners are expected to be announced in autumn 2026.
