Orbit Groundschool has launched its Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) program, developed to prepare pilots for transition into airline operations.

The program goes beyond conventional APS MCC training by emphasizing airline-standard procedures, advanced jet handling, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) techniques. Designed to reflect real-world operations, the course provides a seamless transition from flight school to the right-hand seat of a commercial jet.

Training is conducted by seasoned airline professionals, using a high-fidelity simulator based on a generic medium jet turbofan with Airbus specifications.

Graduates receive an APS MCC certificate, compliant with EASA regulations and increasingly recognized by airlines. Orbit Groundschool also collaborates with select airline partners, recommending prequalified graduates for recruitment processes, creating a pathway from training to potential employment opportunities.
