Kuwait Airways is exploring a strategic partnership with the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) to enhance training and development initiatives. The collaboration aims to focus on areas such as energy, artificial intelligence, and workforce development. Chairman Abdul Mohsen Al-Faqan emphasized the importance of investing in human capital and leadership development to support the airline's digital transformation and innovation strategies.

The partnership also seeks to promote scientific culture and strengthen cooperation with national institutions. This initiative aligns with Kuwait Airways' commitment to contributing to the country's economic growth and development.

The airline has previously established agreements with various national entities, including Zain, the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and the Kuwait Oil Company.
