Adacel Technologies Limited and Finland-based Lektor Aero Oy have formed a strategic partnership to advance innovation in air traffic control (ATC) simulation and training. The collaboration combines Adacel’s global reach and established technologies with Lektor’s regional expertise and agile development capabilities.
Together, the companies will pursue joint research and development, explore integration of their complementary technologies, and create customized solutions for both civil and military aviation training. The partnership aims to accelerate the delivery of high-fidelity, accessible training systems and improve learning outcomes for the next generation of ATC professionals.
Under the memorandum of understanding, Adacel and Lektor will identify key initiatives such as pilot programs and technology integration to better serve evolving market needs and increase efficiency in ATC education worldwide.
