Egnatia Aviation has announced the arrival of Batch 092A, the latest group of 26 cadets selected through the Aegean Airlines Cadet Scheme. These cadets will begin their training under the Airline Integrated Programme, receiving instruction aligned with Aegean Airlines' operational standards. This marks the sixth batch since the partnership between Egnatia Aviation and Aegean Airlines began in 2018.

The long-standing collaboration between the two organizations continues to provide a reliable pathway for aspiring airline pilots. Through this programme, cadets receive comprehensive training that prepares them for future roles as commercial airline captains. The initiative also includes sponsorship opportunities offered by Aegean Airlines for selected Greek and Cypriot cadets, supporting their entry into professional aviation.

The launch of Batch 092A was further marked by a visit from senior Aegean Airlines personnel to Egnatia Aviation’s Flight Academy. The visiting delegation included Captain Vassilis Anadiotis, Training Manager; Captain Vassilios Kokolakis, Head of Pilot Selection; Captain Viktor Tolias and Captain Panagiotis Palaiologos, Training Supervisors for the Aegean Cadet Scheme. During their visit, the executives held discussions with cadets, reviewed progress, and shared insights into the airline’s expectations and training standards.
